I'm just sexual - Shah Rukh Khan
Frankly, I still do not know the exact meaning of the word metrosexual. Is it something to do with men living in metros? Anyway, let's see...
Caring and Sharing: If it is about men being sensitive and emotional, then I think men have always been like . I myself am hypersensitive and I hurt very easily. For the movies, I cry very easily because my producers pay me for it. I cry in real life too, but not openly.
Family matters: I am a total family man. I drop my kids to school every day and if I knew how to cook I would even cook for them. According to me, doing things for my kids is very macho. If these are the qualities of a metrosexual man, then count me in.
Stylebhai: I'm not a big shopper. I shop mainly for my kids- toys, video games, that kind of thing. For myself it's books, electronic items and computer stuff. I don't shop for clothes so the question of being brand-conscious doesn't arise. My wife and friends get me all my clothes or I just take some clothes that I've got made for a film but not worn in it.
I'm not hung up on accessories either. I wear them in the movies but in real life all I wear is a locket with a prayer engraved on it and a band on the middle finger of the right hand. I possess only three belts and I don't wear dark glasses. I rarely wear them even in the movies. About the only accessory I buy myself are shoes because they have a specific fit.
Bodyshop: I've never had a manicure or pedicure in my life because I am too shy to do so. I don't try out different haircuts for a film either; I just try to be different in my films. I have never been to a spa but I do work out- in my gym at my time.
I guess I'm not much of a metro-sexual. I'm just sexual, that's it.
