It seems like Bollywood, in recent times hasn't seen a workaholic like you?
Yeah... I can't think of sitting at home and chiling out. My mother feels that I get impatient when I'm home doing' nothing. I am not a gharelu ladki.. I need to work. After toiling the entire day. I feel relaxed and can spend time at home with my family.
Could it be that like most stars, you are also insecure about your future, so you just insecure about your future, so you just want to grab whatever comes your way?
I don't know about other stars. But I'm neither insecure as person nor as a star. I know that I'm getting offers because my films are doing well and my performance has been appreciated. As a debutante, I have already bagged award for 'Andaaz'. I was nominated in most of the prestigious awards and am getting interesting scripts in regular intervals. What more can an Indian actress ask for in a male-dominated industry?
In a day, how many shifts do you work?
It depends. The maximum I have worked is three shifts. I enjoy work and it has never been a burden in my life. Rather, I get paranoid thinking about what I would do if someday I don't have anything to do.

This year will see nearly half a dozen of your releases. Won't this affect your career if these films fail to create any ripples at the box office?
I don't think negative. Hopefully all five of my releases this year will be good. I am very serious about my career and I have not signed any of these films i haste. For me, all my films are important. I can't really predict my future, so it would be easier for me to answer this question after the release of all my films....
