Govinda's party work
Chi Chi might have become a big shot MP recently, but the new politico hasn't changed a bit. Like with other power crazy politicians, his kursi hasn't gone to his head yet. Last week, when we bumped into him late at night at a suburban hotel, he greeted us with his usual humble, friendly charm.
And though he was in a hurry, he left his security guards and other people accompanying him to chat with us. And before leaving he whispered, "I'm planning to throw a small party for my friends soon. Please come for it!" Glad to know that the Govinda we knew is still grounded in his humble roots. And he is still is part of a friend's party rather than a political one.
