Truly a Godfather!
When you're as big as the Big B, being a Godfather comes naturally (with apologies to Ramu sarkaar). The icon, after working with producer Romesh Sharma in films such as Hum and Aetbaar, is now lending a hand to launch Sharma's son, Karan Sharma into the filmi firmament. The veteran plays the central patriarch in Dil Jo Bhi Kahey, the launch vehicle for Karan.
Also, Romesh is making sure that he has the best technicians backing the project. So while Shankar; Ehsaan and Loy will compose the music, Shimit Amin - the director of Ab Tak Chappan- will edit the final product and Javed Akhtar will wrrite the lyrics. As for the actress, well, that's one big name they're keeping under wraps right now, even as they pack bags and baggage for a shooting schedule in Stockholm.
And where Amitabh Bachchan is concerned, we'll wait. With his penchant for fair play, he's sure to give a true evaluation of Karan when they return!
