For om puri's eyes only...
After Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, it's the turn of the doyen of parallel cinema, Om Puri to do his bit for the cause. So overwhelmed was Om Puri by the gesture of the green-eyed beauty, Aishwarya that he too decided to donate his eyes after his death. He made this announcement during the course of inaugurating an eye hospital recently, Aishwarya Rai, who was also present at the occasion said, "It's been worth the cause, since Om Puriji is also donating his eyes!" And the guests gave both of them a loud applause. We won't guess whether the credit for this noble act goes to Om or Ash, But we would like to believe that beauty has won this round. Must say, Ash ka jadoo chal gaya!
