'Table' manners...
There are polite stars and there are rude stars. And then there are those with a mix of both like Zayed Khan who was apparently seated at a table at a bar with friends when a strange encounter brought out his 'table' manners. The table in question had already been reserved by a regular customer of the club. So when the 'regular' dropped in with his group of friends, he was surprised to see ZK comfortably seated there. And when he went up and told the Khan, in his politest voice, that the table was pre-booked, he had his head snapped off with, "I have also booked it, and I got here first!" It was only when the manager intervened and explained to Zayed that the table was indeed reserved, did the lad show his 'better' side.
He was instantly on his feet, apologising and explaining that, "actually, before you nine other people have come here and said the same thing, and the last guy who did, was really rude. So it pissed me off. And I thought that maybe you were another trying his luck. I'm sorry, I will move at once!" He was sugar and politeness personified. Now it was the turn of the other gentleman to be floored by the manners of the actor and, since both groups were relatively small, they decided to all sit together, even raising toasts to each other.
