Rather than have an expensive party, Vivek Oberoi celebrated his birthday with cancer patients at a Mumbai hospital, and brought his ladylove and fellow Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai along with him. To make sure that the event would not turn into a publicity stunt, he refused to speak to the media. Well done, Vivek.
