Celebs zoom in on Zoom
No media property in recent times has generated as much hype and hoopla as the impending launch
of the ZOOM television channel from the Times Group. Every Bollywood star and personality, and
even the general Junta poses only one question: when are you guys going on air? And the reason
is that probably every star and/or celeb worth his or her salt is being featured by this exclusively entertainment based non-fiction (which means no noring means no boring serials, ho hum) channel. Be it chat shows, talk shows, game shows or reality programmes, every celebrity from the glam circuit will be doing a little number on ZOOM. No wonder, the public simply cannot wait. And no wonder, when we last met Kareena, she couldn't help ask, "God, tell me the honest-to-goodness date you guys are launching. I can't wait to check it out. At least it's something new for us." Dtto for Zayed Khan, Fardeen Khan and most others we bumped into last week. All we can tell them is wait-and them watch! That's what we call ZOOM ki Dhoom, of course.
