If there's anybody who is watched closely and cautiously, it's our stars. Every slip of theirs is in the public's eagle eyes. That's the reason why our celeb actresses are so finicky about the way they look - even off-screen. And, of course, they are paranoid about their weight and conduct regular and strict checks on the issue, with everyone hitting the gym with a vengeance, dare even one extra inch creep around those waists. Recently Kareena Kapoor told us, "I avoid doing photo-sessions after I come back from an outdoor shoot. While shooting abroad, I indulge in good food, cheese and chocolates and come back with extra weight. But it takes me just four days of rigorous work-outs to knock it off when I am back." Well, babes, even with a little bit of extra flab, you leave everyone simply flab-bergasted!
