The missing bride
While Gurinder Chadha's barat led by Aishwarya Rai has reached London and dazzled all at the world premiere of Bride And Prejudice, missing in action and losing out on all the fun was one Bakshi sister. We are told that Namrata Shirodkar, who plays one of Aishwarya's three siblings, has been laid up in bed with a bad back and thus missed the fight to the event.
Apparently she is suffering from a slipped disc and has been advised complete bed rest by her doctors.
At last SRK and Sunny Deol have some female company for their back problems! After all, misery loves company, right? Or is it Namrata is working very hard!
