Who's afraid of gossip?
Director Anil Sharma (of Gadar fame) can't believe how rumours fly thick and fast in showbiz. The latest, which appeared in some sections of the press, is that the was unhappy with the acting of newcomer Divya Khosla in his war epic, Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyon, so he decided to scrap her role altogether.
But, Anil says, "This is all a figment of some gossip-monger's imagination" and adds that he's actually quite happy with Divya. In fact, he was so happy with her acting that he has decided to increase the length of her role in the film a wee bit. Now, the truth will unfold only after the film releases that's when everyone talks don't they?
