Reddy & Steady!
She looks the girl next door, but she is famous. After all, she has a known surname attached to her-Reddy. One of the famous trio of the Reddy sisters, Sameera is on a high these days. Her next release is Musafir, where she plays the lead female role with Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor and Chunkey Pandey. And there is more coming her way. She is in the process of signing some more films. Talking of her latest film, Sameera says, "I loved all the attention I have got in the film. With this film, it has also been my personal journey. The character I play is sensuous and mysterious. Also working with big stars is always a plus point."
But for the girl who classifies herself as a loner, how is it shooting on a set? "I'm a very quiet person. After finishing work, I love to come back and switch on the TV and have a hot water bath. I don't like anyone around me at that time. After all the chaos on the sets, I need rest. But if the schedule is long then I like to go out and have dinner to break the monotony," she says. And she has a reason for that, "Being a professional, I'm very picky about looking fantastic the next morning and worried about the puffs under my eyes!"
That's Sameera off the set. On the sets, she portrays a different picture. "While shooting, I have lots of fun. I like having masti. If I am doing a song sequence, I play pranks on people and pull others' legs," she says. The hot item girl is tasting her new-found success and enjoying it too. But she is not superficial, as she says, "I don't like flaunting. I'm not comfortable with it." Surely, Sameera has a private and a public life.
