Dance to my tune
We all Know that even as women drool over hot, hunky, brawny men, they adore tubby, well-rounded males (chhochweet!), too. And if the man is gifted with a soulful voice, the rest doesn't really matter.
We guess that's the reason Bollywood's pretty maidens have all unflinchingly been coyly 'courted' by singer Adman Sami in his music videos. Raveena, Mahima and Rani have played muse to Sami's tunes in the past.
And now it is Amisha Patel's turn to re-fashion herself as 'baby doll' in his latest mini-musical. The petite actress has surprised one and all by doing a baby-doll ballerina act. Even undergoing a complete appearance make-over. Surprising in itself, because sometime ago, Amisha had modestly told us, "I have never changed my looks; my face has stayed the same, like a baby, and I've looked the same for the past four years."
In Adnan's new music video, the petite Patel's look is remarkably different. "It's the first time that I have actually remodelled my looks completely. I've literally worked on myself. I play a ballerina in the video for that I actually took classes and learnt the Salsa from a special instructor as this was a completely new dance form for me," says the actress, dancing with joy.
Remember how Rani re-popularised her fate at the BO after she did chehera in Adnan's previous video? Let's wait and see if Amisha's 'rising' popularity takes a leap after this twinkle-toes act of hers!
