Rajkumar Santoshi's AB Fixation!
Director Rajkumar Santoshi isn't giving up on his plans to cast Amitabh Bachchan just yet. And the putting-on-the-backburner of Ranveer, has been no deterrent. We hear that AB Corp is announcing yet another film - this time to be directed by Santoshi. It will be titled The Family and will also be the launch vehicle for Keshu Ramsay's son, Mayur. What few people know, however, is that Mayur will be re-christened for his entry into Bollywood. We're also told that the film is the classic story of good versus evil, and involves a family feud. Now what smirking industrywallahs want to know is whether this is merely Santoshi's Ranveer re-named and re-packaged? But Amitabh himself clarifies, "No, that is not so. Ranveer is a different film and it has not been shelved. It will be made in the future. But this is a different script altogether." As for Santoshi - we bet he's grinning away already. He's been wanting to work with AB for a while after all.
