Subhash Ghai to impress at IFFI!
The archetypal showman, Subhash Ghai sure knows how to impress. The filmmaker's next Kisna - The Warrior Poet - will be one of the main attractions at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) which opens on November 29 in Goa. The opening act will be a grand concert conducted by ace music composer AR Rahman. What's more, danseuse Isha will actually perform live at the event she'll be doing an amazing rope dance (one she is very well known for at the Dinanath Mangeshkar Hall. The whole idea struck Subhash Ghai when he received an invitation from the Festival organisers. "It is a great honour for our film, Kisna and its composers, AR Rahman and Ismail Darbar. I am really touched by the invitation from the Director of International Film Festival of India and the Govt of Goa, who shall play host to the team of Kisna," says the well-known filmmaker. Keeping in mind Ghai's knack for showmanship, we're sure this is one performance the festival attendees are not going to be able to forget for a long time!
