Firoz Nadiadwala and sequels...
Trust Firoz Nadiadwala to do things big! After the roaring success of his rib-tickler, Hera Pheri, he is making a comeback with a sequel called Phir Hera Pheri. And, while he has retained the same star cast for the new film, the most prominent aspect missing from the credit line is director Priyadarsan's name. Firoz states firmly that the two of them haven't fallen out; it was only because Priyan was committed to his other projects that he was forced to hunt for a different director. The film was finally launched with Satish Kaushik as director, but now we hear that Satish, too, has been replaced, this time by the writer of the film - Neeraj Vora. Firoz blames this on the same old bugbear: date problems. "He was taking time to start the project and, having launched it months ago, I couldn't wait any longer."
