Bips is the Boss
Journalist-turned-script writer Suparn Verma, who has been associated with a number of projects like Qayamat, Chhal, Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai, Zameen and Janasheen, is turning to direction now. The film is being produced by Pritish Nany Communications, credited with introducing a number of new talents: Sujoy Ghosh (Jhankar Beats), Kabir Sadanand (Popcorn Khao! Mast Ho Jao) and Leena Bajaj (Shabd), the promos of which are quiet hot. The film will star Fardeen Khan and Bipasha Basu in the lead. To roll in January 2005, this film about relationships, the favourite theme of most filmmakers these days, will be shot in a 45-day non-stop schedule in Mumbai. Music director Preetam, of Dhoom fame, will compose the songs of the film that's been tentatively titled Boss. Sounds promising.
