'Ab Tumhare...' clears all hurdles
Anil Sharma is a relieved man. After the armed forces gave him the go ahead for Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo, the producer was advised that he would have to screen the film for some ministries, too, before it could be released. So while detractors claimed that the movie would never release in December, Sharma has managed to prove them wrong. 'I wanted to release the film in December, so I ensured that everyone saw the film immediately. After the armed forces, now I have received okays from every one the ministries of external affairs and home affairs, as well as the government of Kashmir," Anil breathes a sigh of relief and adds, "Ab Tumhare... will now release on December 24." Whew! With all those expensive private screenings for the various ministries and governments, now let's hope Sharma at least gets a 'tax free' tag!
