Angrier older man!
He's one of the busiest actors in Bollywood-oops, we mean the 'Indian film industry' (Amitabh Bachchan doesn't 'approve' of the word 'Bollywood') - doing films and juggling umpteen commercials as well. But he's sick of people asking him why he's working to promote so many products. When we asked him about it recently, he replied, "Yes, I am doing commercials, but that is because I want my company and its investors to benefit. I have been contracted to my company," Bachchan pointed out, "and I would like it to do well and clear all its dues. None of the proceeds from the commercials come directly to me; they go to the company. And as far as being busy with films is concerned - my work in each film is only for about 25-30 days. What do I do the rest of the time? I'm sure actors who want to work hard can do the same amount of work, too!" Point taken, Mr Bachchan! It's always nice to see the orginal angry man back in action, right?
