'Y' some films flop?
Director with a quirky sense of humour Anant Mahadevan had planned to title his Shahid-Kareena Kapoor film Yeh Dil Maange More. But history changed his mind, he told us. "We were trying to decide between Yeh Dil Maange More and Mohabbat Ki Kii Kiii, but opted for the former, as the latter sounds like a love-saga which my films is not," said Anant. "Then someone pointed out that the last film with a 'Y' in its title that did well was Yaadon Ki Baaraat, which happened a long time ago. We then decided to drop the Yeh from the title. And now Dil Maange More seems more to the point and apt, effervescent and bubbly." Well, if you always wanted to know why there was a shortage of 'Y's in filmi titles and never knew who to ask, you do now. But 'Y' ask? We just told you!
