When the ghost comes calling...
Casper may finally be edged off the little ones' minds. Shah Rukh Khan is all set to produce a film which will probably have an even friendlier ghost, but an Indian one. Rumour has it that Amol Palekar, whose last film (Anahat, starring Sonali Bendre) received critical acclaim, has been signed on to direct this venture, It is allegedly based on Vijay Dan Datha's novel Duvidha. While spokesperson for the company refused to comment, since plans have not yet been finalised, they did confirm that the film was in the pipeline and that the title was not Ghost Ka Dost, as was rumoured in buzz over the grapevine. But what really seems to be the topic of debate is who would be the friendly ghost? Is it the producer of the film, king Khan himself or some different altogether? As to whether SRK himself will be playing a ghost - your guess is as good as ours!
