Like father, like daughter?
Amartya Sen's daughter Nandana is certainly bagging the best of filmi projects. The lady, who has just completed an American film, also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Black and Mani Shankar's Tango Charlie on her resume. And the pretty actress is quite excited about being cast with such brilliant actors as Amitabh Bachchan and Rani Mukherjee, not to mention the opportunity of working with a director of Bhansali's calibre. "To have the opportunity to work with such brilliant filmmakers and actors so early in my career is truly a dream come true," she tells us. "I am so lucky that in Black I got the chance to work with great actors such as Amitabh Bachchan and Rani Mukherjee, as well as Shernaz Patel and Dhritiman Chatterji. In fact, I feel truly blessed that in my other films, too, I was able to work with fabulous actors like Anil Kapoor (in Ram gopal Varma's Galti Se), Ajay Devgan, Boman Irani and others." Wonder what Dad Amartya will have to say about his daughter's acting talent? We're sure Nandana is just as anxious to find out as we are!
