Only SRK, says Farah
Farah Khan is upset with a section of the media. Reason? Even before the successful choreographer director could announce her next project after Main Hoon Na, a few over-enthusiastic souls have already finalised the star cast for her. Worse, the star cast - mentioned by the media - is nothing but fake! So, what's the truth? Here's the official statement from Farah herself. The film, Happy New Year, will be produced by SRK and will obviously star the King Khan himself in the lead. However, the media has gone ahead and done a 'scoop' that Priyanka Chopra has been signed on as the leading lady. Farah sets the record straight: "I haven't completed writing my script, so I wouldn't know how the character shapes up in the final tally. At this juncture, I really wouldn't know which heroine would suit the character best. Only SRK's on the 'confirmed list' as of now and will be the male lead. No one else has been signed yet," she says.
