Kisna in English now
Subhash Ghai's latest offering, Kisna, might not have set box office records, but it sure is making news on other fronts. After the film's world premiere at the closing ceremony of the 3rd Pune International Film Festival on January 20, the team left for U.K. for its London premiere the following day to raise funds for the Tsunami victims. The London premiere of Kisna, which was a charity fund-raising event, was held on January 21. The auction of the flute and the sword used in the film fetched a whopping 10,300 pounds that was given to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund for tsunami victims. Later, Ghai celebrated his birthday with the cast and their agents. He also announced the English version of Kisna, which will be released in May.
