Aarti's big break
After a not so high flying career in Bollywood, Aarti Chhabria has finally got a chance to prove her mettle in an English film. Directed by N. Chandra the film, titled Woman From Georgia, also stars Philips Ray and Suzzane May Pratt. Aarti has just finished the first shooting schedule of the film in Orrisa. "The producers were looking for an Indian face and Chandra had seen my work, so he recommended my name and that's how things took off," says an excited Aarti about the film. The film will release in the festival circuits first, followed by a commercial release. The character Aarti plays is that of a strong woman who just refuses to bow down to a man's diktat.
